Black Eye Bikes guarantees all parts for 90 days to be free of manufacturing and materials defects and to withstand normal functioning.

Black Eye Bikes guarantees frames and forks for 180 days to be free of manufacturing and materials defects and to withstand normal functioning. In addition, any potential defect in frame or fork manufacturing or workmanship will be reviewed for up to 6 months. This warranty includes any major paint loss due to improper application during assembly, broken welds due to improper manufacturing, bent or deformed tubing (due to material failure only), asymetrical alignment due to improper manufacturing, and obvious malfunctions in the normal operation of the bicycle caused by improper factory assembly.

This warranty does not include any defects caused by unauthorized or unreasonable use of the product, including, but not limited to, accident, negligence, abuse, and/or improper assembly and maintenance.

Repairs or alterations made to the product by anyone other than a qualified bicycle mechanic from an official Black Eye Bikes retailer will render this warranty void.
